Internal Culture Is A Significant Part Of Your Brand

One of the major facts that lots of Golf Club businesses are missing when it comes to transparency is paying attention to the people that are going to deliver the welcoming culture, which each and every club should be striving towards. Your internal culture is a part of your brand, people, members, visitors, suppliers, all can see inside businesses like they have never before, the people, the values, the processes, they want to feel included, in other words it becomes a part of their brand association.

Internal culture is perhaps the most important of your public facing brand, when you wrap all this together you get into the culture club trend, how as a hospitality business, do you invest in that kind of environment, to grow your business profile.

Golf clubs that promote the flourishing of their own people and share this throughout the club environment will build the added ingredient to a successful culture club.
It is imperative to build and allow an internal culture for your people that is positive, healthy, constructive, and ethical and then of course, let that shine out with their own natural personalities. Customers let the world know about it because in a world where your name is synonymous as a recognised club brand, you cannot afford not to build a happy culture within the club, if you can build that kind of positive culture, its going to change the way people feel about your brand and the way people feel about engaging with you.

Doing something positive, promoting the flourishing of your people, of your own staff. Building the kind positive culture inside your golf club business and then letting that shine. It will significantly change how your members and guests feel about engaging with your Golf Club, when they observe positive stories; it completely changes the perception of the brand.

Golf Club personnel is rapidly changing, some clubs have stepped up and engaged a more inclusive feel within their respected clubs. Others will need to recognise that the human contact approach trends, make for an attractive connection.

I have been working with varied clubs from national marquee clubs to the more modest, all have there own identifiable brands either globally or locally and although an automated approach is appearing on the horizon, I for one certainly know that Golf Clubs are all about human contact and the only way to proposer, grow or survive is to invest into the human experience, this is foundational for club businesses, because building a culture club inside your business is the only way you’re going to have dedicated, loyal, knowledgeable , enthusiastic , passionate staff who are going to deliver that experience for your club.

Building a culture club is the trend that can allow you to reduce your staff turnover to build a positive, constructive, healthy, ethical, amazing culture that staff, members and guests want to be a part of, you need that culture if your intention and hunger is to deliver, human created high touch experiences.

Ask yourselves when it comes to the human experiences, what bold move can we build within the internal culture of our club business that’s going to fuel our ability to create and sustain a culture of service excellence. It’s all about delivering those human experiences to our customers, the membership and all those that will be enthused to visit your club.
